This panel will consider different approaches to engaging underserved patients with health information technology. Three case studies will be reviewed in depth:  Use of community health workers and partnerships with local digital inclusion advocates in Cleveland, OH; working in community health facilities in San Francisco, CA, and training hospitalized patients in Columbus, OH.
