Cassie is the Chief Business Development Executive of Mobile Citizen, a Voqal program, which aims to bridge the digital divide with affordable mobile broadband technology. Mobile Citizen works with nonprofits, libraries, educational institutions, and social welfare agencies to advance social equity through access. Cassie has experience in nonprofit and start-up organizations. Prior to her role at Mobile Citizen, Cassie served as the VP of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships at Mobile Accord, a private sector company, where she implemented business strategy for the mGive service in the text for good industry. She holds an MA from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Integrated Marketing Communications and a BS from Appalachian State University in Applied Communications. Cassie currently resides in Colorado and joined Mobile Citizen in 2014.
